We recently got a list of names of NPCs, items, places, and skills from the client. Oh if only we had that one first, it would make things just that much easier.

But anyway, the new file is part of that. Originally it ought to be 50% larger, but parts that have been translated in the other files have been removed.

I only got a list of NPCs, locations, items, and skills yesterday. We agree that those should be done first and so I’ve put them up for translation as soon as I can.

Since this relates to 04, you might want to stop translating 04 for now and work on this file first. Then you can come back to 04 later.

We’ll turn into this list into a glossary as soon as possible. While it is too late of 02-04, it’ll still be very useful for 01, 05, and any later files.

By the way, if you look around in the folder, you’ll also find the Excel files the client sent. I put it up there to be used as reference material. Go ahead and look it up.

Project reveived. I assume the .xls files in the folder are the same ones that Karel posted in the Glossary folder earlier (the file sizes seem to match).

Please confirm, is this whole file assigned to me?

I will get at it tomorrow. I spent a lot of time on 04 already today… So I will do this tomorrow, and then finish 04, as you suggested.

I didn’t even know Karel posted something in the Glossary area. I guess I was way too busy doing those lists. If the file sizes are the same, they’re the same file.

Yes, the whole file is for you. It is actually a very short file, 1542 words long, with significant amount of names (e.g. Milia’s Servant, Leo Temple). There’s some titles, short description, and the occassional misspelling.

Also noticed that one name is actually a pun. I don’t know if there’s a French equivalent, but let’s see if you can think of one. If not, leave it in English.

Stashmikash (or something like that) is actually a pun of Stash-my-cash. His job title is Stashkeeper. He’s probably the game’s bank/safe deposit box.

I have uploaded the translated version of glossary 4 from section 1 to 1600. I did translate some terms like ‘main line’, ‘main stream’ etc. I wasn’t sure whether there were part of the ingame script but I translated them anyway, just in case.
I also started shortening terms to stick to the 31 characters limit. I can send you a recap of the abbreviations I used if you need them.

You can send me some more work as soon as you can.

Any issues with my files, let me know (the capitalisation thing is a bit of a tricky one).

Karel told me many times that I could send several files as a batch, but my Export and Import options are greyed out in Transit, so I was never able to do that, just send files one by one, I thought you may need to know this for future files).
