-To check the numbers of the cell with issue, sometimes they dont match with comments and I remember the case, when the number was not put at all.
-Check on double hyphen.
Since now we are dealing with French, please don’t forget guidelines on French punctuation.

We admit that we need to be more organized. Hence the ticketing system. There’s also stuff being done backstage to prevent stuff like this happening. Hopefully this will reduce the confusion in the future.
As for the answer, no, don’t finish 16b. I regret the mess, but at this point someone is already working on 16b and having you continue would mean taking it away from the guy and that will create even a bigger mess.
At this point we should be finished in a few hours and trying to restore things to the way it should be will just stretch it even longer.
Let’s start anew at the next project instead.

When you see “~55~”, all this should become &. Not “~&~”.
You can search for them with Ctrl+F but you must replace them manually. One more thing – there are lot of differences in spaces between words and commands (^ffff etc). Please pay more attention to them and try to make it same as in English.
