I have a question about one file,JD_100201_Localize_13g. There are often used brackets like this:《Kunst des Krieges》. But as they are used both in English and in German, I didn’t do anything about them. review this file please, and tell me if I did right or maybe I must revet it in some way.

Make signing your letters with “Regards, ” an automatic action. In any business communication in English it is indispensable and as normal as saying “hello”. Also useful for me to see the message is from you.

To your question: brackets like 《Kunst des Krieges》 are present in many files. What you need to do, is to make sure they are really present in target in every line they were in the source, and to see that the spaces around them correspond to the source. And that’s it, no special trick.

I am going to check your files very soon, but here is a task for today:

Now, I joined Kenax after all the files have been assigned, so I’m not sure how to provide the files. Is there a central server when you can download the files? If there is, the original should all be there and you can just download them.

After you download them, scan both of them and consider very carefully how long it will take you to complete them. Then get back to us and tell us your ETA.

Start with 14L and translate it to French.

I joined in after all the files have been translated, so I don’t know where the files were already put up in a central server that everyone can download from or if I need to send it to each person individually.

Please let me know if I need to do something extra.

When you get 14L, scan it and mail us back and tell us what’s your ETA. Once you’re back submit another ticket and see if we still have files left.

you’ll find there several folders, we check the name of the file we are assigned, for exemple, for 16b you go to the folder 16 and seek for the file name that end with the letter “b”. it’s simple once you get used to it.

for my assigned files, the file 16b will be delivered this evening, but for the 18r I can’t promise for this evening so probably will be for tomorrow morning.

also one question, in the file 16b is in reality two files (16b and 16c) do I have to work on 16c also or is it assigned already to someone else ?
