It depends, but mostly you can not add Ads unless you activate it.
Well, I did not have a choice, because you can not know from the begging if they will let you to ad an Ads without the activation or not.
If I go on just search for other options – it could be wasting of time.
And those site are quite popular.
So the best we should:
-you can forward me they email and I will activate them and put the add;
-I also will need to re-check the Ads, because some of them were needed to be checked by administrator.

Download “Originals.rar”. go to folder Proofread ->French, and download the file 10_German_.rar. Unzip it. Please do not work on any other file.
As you have the files, please – first thing you do – rename the PROOFREAD file, adding German_ before the file name.
Now – following instructions – compare the files and produce the report table.
Then open the PROOFREAD file again in Excel, paste in the English and start vetting. First Ctrl+F for special characters: +; ~55~, replace any hyphen substitutes (“.hhh.â€, “^^^â€, or “°°°“ ) with hyphen (-) etc according to instructions.
Then go over the file carefully looking for missing spaces between sentences, missing periods or periods which are not in the source etc. It should not take too long time to do it. Comment EACH change you make or issue you spot in the third column and mark the comment cell red. Additionally add the comment to the vetting issues table. I know it slows you down, but this is how I can be sure you are doing everything right.
Do not change ANYTHING in English. Except of the ~55~, which need to be changed to & in both columns.
When finished – change the file name according to instructions and upload it to folder Proofread ->German-> Vetted, and send me report (comparing report+vetting issues report) as ticket here.

Please find the files German 18b,h,j and a comment to them attached.
What I would like to ask you to do, is to:
1. Spellcheck the files
2. To resolve issues found while vetting. They are listed both in the attached word file and marked as comments inside the files.
– Please resolve the issues and delete the comments from the Excel files, so that the outcome will be a clean file.
Only for these three files – please write me in few words if their quality is satisfactory or not (no need to proofread).
When done, please send me your hours report (I don’t know your rate – so please tell me the rate).
If you are spellchecking in Excel, please cut-and-paste the English column to a clean file, and when finished, please paste it back. (Otherwise it takes twice longer because Excel goes word by word and will sure jump also to English column). If you copy all to Word – no problem as Word doesn’t go word by word, but underlines all misspelled issues.
You can upload the result back here. Please note, this system does not accept excel files – you will need to compress them.

If you can’t do them – tell me and I will find another translator. I just want to have a work flow, otherwise at some point a mountain of files falls on me – proofread, vetted, unvetted, spellchecked and all take lot of time to check.
