This is a test email you can try. I like to use FrontPage to edit this file as it is quick and easy for me, but you can use any program you like - even Notepad.

You can create any number of field names (Row1, first five columns in Sheet1 of Excel sheet - you can add more fields to more columns) you like, and name them how you like. Just make sure that the field names in the columns of Row1 are the same as you use in this letter.

You should always first send out a test email to some alternate/dummy email accounts of yours, to see how it looks like etc., before sending out a mass emailing.

You can put in tables and pictures, but always test send to see the outcome.

In the C:\massemail\ folder I like to create a Temp subfolder where you can store old emails, if you ever need to send them again. I have copied into that this file and renamed it as instructions.html so that you can refer to it in the future.
If using old emails, always make sure that the final file is named message.htm and is in the proper root directory C:\massemail\.
