hey man, thought I’d start off today with this thought and letter. perhaps my new regime, always starting my work day with a reset, after I quickly go through and respond to my emails. A moment of meditation to still the mind, which can get stirred up so quickly after busying oneself so quickly with thoughts of what to achieve during that day. Growing to understand more about meditation, as this island has a lot of mystic energy and attracts all sorts of eccentrics, yogis, musicians artists and so forth. Looking for a purpose to meditation, so I could make the big fat business decision to allocate that portion of time, as opposed to the kzillion things I want to accomplish. And most recently I came up with my own motivation, and it seems to have morphed into me willingly surrendering my thoughts and will to an energy point which seems to be the chakra above the head. As I do so, the higher I can focus my thoughts or surrender, closer to the right point, I start to get this tingly feeling above my eyes and moving closer towards what may be the pineal gland. Interesting sensation. I imagine that this chakra point is more connected to the universe and the concept of submitting ourselves completely to God, but since that is conceptually difficult to grasp I’m thinking it will be easier for me to submit myself to my “Higher Self”, as they say, or by this submission reprogram my subconscious to eradicated all those nonsensical fears.
