You may contact us by email at kenax@kenax.cz, but because we advertise heavily, constantly in search of more translators, we get a lot of spam and were forced to set up an effective spam guard. If you write to the above email address but are not already on our whitelist, you will be sent an automatic email requesting you to prove you are a real person by following a provided weblink and punching in some numbers that you will find on the webpage. Once accomplishing that your original email will get through and from that point forward all email sent from you will be accepted.
If you prefer to avoid this procedure, you can also write to us using the email form below, but make sure you correctly copy in your email address so that we can respond to you.

Translators and other applicants: if you are interested in receiving work from us, please just go straight to the translator application form. If you send us an email expressing your interest in working for us, you will be asked to fill in the same application form anyway. Only the minimum information is required, so it does not need to take you very long at all to register your basic details in the database. Through the following link you will find information about other internal jobs.
Customers: because we get a lot of emails from applying and existing translators, if you would like a timely response to your inquiry, please put the text “Customer:” at the beginning of the subject, followed by some relevant text, so that we can distinguish your email from the others. Otherwise it might take a few days for us to get back to you.

In the US companies started to get prosecuted for faxing spam. This is because they incurred expenses relating to the ink and paper required to print those faxes on the receiving end. This was demonstrable damage and therefore subject to prosecution under law.
